Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using chinapathology.org, also known as China Pathology Pharma Hub (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations of the United States of America. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.
Definitions
For purposes of these Terms: (a) "Services" means the informational resources, tools, and features offered on or through the Site; (b) "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to the Site owner and operator; and (c) "You" and "Your" refer to the individual or entity using the Site.
Eligibility and Audience
The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older and primarily for residents of the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent they apply.
Medical Information Disclaimer
The Site provides general, informational content about diseases, pathology-focused insights, and pharmaceutical options, including generic and therapeutic alternatives, efficacy and safety summaries, and indicative price ranges. The content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a patient–provider relationship.
Always seek the advice of a licensed healthcare professional with any questions you may have about a medical condition, medication, or treatment. Do not ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the Site. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
No Pharmacy or Medical Services; Pricing and Availability
We do not prescribe, dispense, sell, or ship medications and are not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, or insurer. Any pricing, availability, or purchasing avenues referenced on the Site are indicative, may change without notice, may vary by geography and vendor, and are provided for general educational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying current pricing, coverage, contraindications, and availability directly with third-party sellers or providers and for reviewing the FDA-approved labeling and medication guides provided by the manufacturer or dispenser.
Educational Comparisons and Non-Endorsement
Medication comparisons, generic alternatives, therapeutic class alternatives, and disease summaries are based on publicly available sources and editorial judgment. They may be incomplete, out of date, or not applicable to your specific circumstances. References to any product, service, brand, manufacturer, or vendor do not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality or efficacy.
Affiliate Disclosure and Advertising
We may include advertising, sponsored content, or referral links to third-party vendors. We may receive compensation if you click or make purchases via such links. Such relationships do not influence our editorial content, which is intended to be objective and evidence-informed. You should independently evaluate products, services, and vendors and should not rely solely on the Site when making purchasing or healthcare decisions.
